Can I try it first?

While we do not offer an electronic trial download, however we do offer this double warranty. 

Try out AVtracker and if within 30 days from the date of purchase you are not satisfied with the product, AVtracker will reimburse you fully, no questions asked!

ClickBank, our e-commerce provider will, at its option, replace or repair any defective product within 90 days from the date of purchase.

Does it work only on Windows?

Yes, Windows 95, 98, NT, ME, 2000 and XP.

I cannot insert decimals?

This is because of your windows settings, especially if your settings are other than Canadian or American.

Go to the Settings/Control Panel and in your Regional Settings under the Number tab, choose a period as the Decimals symbol (Step 1) and a comma as the Digit grouping symbol (Step 2).

Do the same for the Currency tab.

The HELP file does not work?

AVtracker's help file is HTML based (chm format) and as been created using Microsoft's HTML Workshop which is the new standard in Help file systems.

The help file requires the Microsoft Internet Explorer's (version 4.01 or higher) run-time engine to work, which comes bundled with Windows 98, Windows 2000, Microsoft Office 2000, ME, NT and XP and a host of other applications. In very rare cases AVtracker's Help file may not work like if you have Windows 95, are not using Internet Explorer as your browser and that no applications are using HTML Help files. This can be easily corrected by downloading for free Microsoft's Internet Explorer, while still using your existing browser.
