Track everything through 3 simple windows: 1) Log Entry Window This is the main window in which you enter your pilot log book information. With a mouse, quickly "point and click" to enter a log record. Log columns consists of Date, Flight In, Pilot Name, Point of Departure and Arrival, Pilot Class, Flight Type, Tach Time or Flight Time and Air time (depending on Time Option chosen) and Total Tach Time or Flight Time (depending on Time Option chosen). Click here to have a full view of the window. 2) Detailed Flight Expense Window When you click on the "Flight Expenses" button on the far right of the Log and Flight Expense window, after having entered log information for a given flight, AVtracker opens up a new window called the Detailed Flight Expense window. In this window, you enter all of the expenses directly associated for that flight such as Fuel, Oil, Landing Fees, Overnight Parking Fees, etc. Recording flight expenses is easy, with a click of a mouse, enter suppliers, fuel or oil quantity, in either American, Imperial or Metric volumes and their total cost. AVtracker automatically converts all quantities into the default measurement system that youve selected. Click here to have a full view of the window. 3) Other Expense Window In this window, you enter any other operating expense that is not directly associated with a flight. As for other operating expenses, data entry is again done by a click of a mouse, you simply select the invoice date, supplier's name, the type of expense and cost.
